Immediate Move-In Actions
1. Movers & Storage and Elevator Policy
StuyTown permits move-ins 7 days a week between the hours of 7 AM and 7 PM. Service elevator reservations are available by calling Resident Services (Property Management) at 212-420-5000.
To request a moving quote, please complete the Moving Questionnaire.

2. Telecom & Internet
Please refer to the document linked below to set up your TV, internet, and/or phone services in your apartment. This information is provided by Astound Broadband, powered by RCN.
If you are eligible for one year of free TV and internet, the leasing office will advise Oval Services and we will send you the appropriate WiFi form. Your leasing agent will inform you if you are eligible for the promo.
3. Renter's Insurance
StuyTown has partnered with TheGuarantors for quick and easy access to renter's insurance. Please refer to the document below for full information and how to get started.

Oval Study: Coworking on the Park
Need a quiet place to work or study? We have the perfect solution. Redefine work from home at our comfortable work lounge, complete with free WiFi and park views. Oval Study is available to members 24 hours a day.
Oval Study is located at 11 Stuyvesant Oval.

Enjoy a 10% discount at Oval Cafe. To redeem, present your active membership on the URBN app to the clerk before you pay.
Enjoy access to printing services, members receive 15 complimentary black & white prints per month.
Enjoy access to a phone booth, to secure your spot, please make a reservation on the URBN mobile app.
Reserve the private office within the Oval Study for quiet study for an additional fee. Simply search the URBN app for “private office” for more information.
Membership Cancellation:
If you’d like to cancel your membership, please use our cancellation form here and note the conditions around cancellation. We require a 30-day notice prior to monthly billing, which takes place on the 1st of each month.
If you purchased the 30-day membership, no need to use our cancellation form, as we’ll cancel your membership automatically after 30 days.
Oval Study Terms & Conditions of Use:
No food consumption is permitted inside the Oval Study.
No smoking and vaping is permitted inside the Oval Study and on the Oval Study Patio.
Noise or speaking is prohibited. Kindly, silence all electronics.
Do not let others inside the Oval Study.
Guests are not allowed inside.
Food and snacks are permitted at the Oval Patio only. Additionally, enjoy Oval Coffee's 10% discount for all members, and take a nice break in a relaxing environment!
Not feeling well? Please follow the Good Neighbor Etiquette and refrain from visiting public spaces.
Recovering from sickness? We know coughs can last for weeks, so please kindly wear a face mask inside the Oval Study.
The use of the phone booth may cause a disturbance to others. We advise all members to bring noise-canceling headphones to wear while in the facility.
No phone calls or conversations are permitted outside of the phone booth, when possible, we encourage members to take calls outside on the patio.
We reserve the right to cancel your membership without a refund in case of any violation of the terms and conditions of use.
Oval Services: Package Room and TULU
Our dedicated concierge team is here to help you with a full suite of time-saving lifestyle services—curated just for StuyTown residents. The Oval Services team can help you with anything from setting up cable and Internet to pet care and housekeeping services.
Additionally, Oval Services has a new Smart Package Room to keep your incoming packages secure and accessible 24/7. Members will benefit from this convenient, exclusive experience with state-of-the-art technology allowing you to get what you need when you need it.

Oval Kids has reopened with even more choices for indoor programming for even more ages. With a fresh new look inside and out—this great space is now ready to better cater to the community families.
The River Room is our modern space for parties, functions, and more. Residents of StuyTown can rent this space by the hour and host parties, bridal & baby showers, business and other meetings, business functions, study groups, and presentations.
StuyTown boasts five themed playgrounds for children, including trains, pirate ships, and "The Village," with state-of-the-art play equipment and the most advanced safety features. Plus, cool down in the summer with timed sprinklers in select playgrounds.
Oval Kids is located at 6 Stuyvesant Oval, the River Room is located at 545 East 14th Street, and the StuyTown playgrounds are numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6.
