Immediate Move-In Actions
1. Movers & Storage
The preferred mover and storage company for the building is Seaman's. If you chose to use Seaman's for your move, please complete the form below and email it to Marlita at marlita@urbnplayground.com.
If you plan to move in on your own or plan to use a different company, you must inform the building by emailing Marlita at marlita@urbnplayground.com.
2. Elevator Policy: Move-Ins
Jackson Park permits move-ins 7 days a week between the hours of 8AM and 8PM. Service elevator reservations are scheduled in one (1) hour intervals and will be allotted on a first come, first served basis. All efforts will be made to accommodate additional time as necessary. Please note that your reservation is for the service elevator only. We recommend that you arrive one hour prior to your reservation time to unload items in the loading dock.

3. Telecom & Internet
Please refer to the document linked below to set up your TV, internet, and/or phone services in your apartment. This information is provided by Natural Wireless.

URBN Playground Virtual Concierge
Download the URBN Playground mobile app (available on iOS and Android) to access virtual concierge services such as apartment cleaning & electrostatic cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry & dry cleaning, virtual events & services, and more—just ask us!
Please use the following applicable building codes when creating your account through the app to access Jackson Park services:

We also invite you to use the following discount code WELCOME20 to receive 20% off your first service with us. (Only applicable as a one-time use code for services booked through URBN Playground, not amenity rentals and reservations.)
Housekeeping and Laundry Services: We offer Housekeeping and Laundry services, as well. Please review the URBN Playground app for available times for a cleaning or speak to your building’s package valet for information on laundry.

Monday-Friday: 7am-10pm
Saturday: 10am-6pm
Sunday: 12pm-4pm
When you have a package ready for pickup, you will receive a BuildingLink notification. All deliveries must be addressed to your name as it appears in BuildingLink and an apartment number. If there are any situations in which more assistance is necessary, please email Marlita at marlita@urbnplayground.com.
