AMENITY BOOKING APP
URBN Playground is a virtual concierge and amenity booking app that allows you to book amenities in the Health Club and services such as personal training and more. To access bookings in the app:
Download the app and tap “Create Account” on the login screen
Enter your building code (type your address below to look it up easily)
Enter your personal details
Agree to the Terms & Conditions
Choose a password
Log in with your newly created account
Tap the menu icon from the top left of the home screen, then tap "Memberships" and proceed from there to obtain your desired memberships for pool and gym access

Pool

The pool is located at 465 West 23rd Street. It features sauna and steam rooms in each of the two extensive locker room areas.
The heated 5-lane lap pool, which is just shy of half-Olympic in size, is for use only by the residents of London Terrace Towers and Gardens who must have a valid building ID.
Two (2) guests are permitted when accompanied by the resident who has obtained a guest pass from the Health Club.
The current fee is $15.00 per guest to be paid by credit card, debit card, or check only. No cash will be accepted.
The hours of Operation are:
Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

The Health Club is for use only by members who reside in London Terrace Towers or London Terrace Gardens. Please call the Health Club for current membership fees. There are discounts available for Senior citizens.

The Health Club hours are restricted during some holidays, the times will be posted in both the lobby and Health Club.
The Health Club currently offers a variety of classes that are available to the members. The type of classes and the scheduling are subject to change.
MEMBERSHIPS & PROGRAMS
Membership does not have an initial sign up fee or a contract commitment for members who opt-in for automatic month-to-month payments. These are made at the first of each month. Members leaving the building for a minimum of one month may freeze their membership for a maximum of three months.
Our wellness center and training programs focus on well-designed programs, support, motivation and care from certified trainers and instructors to achieve your fitness goals or take your training to the next level.

CONCIERGE
Download the URBN Playground mobile app (available on iOS and Android) to access virtual concierge services such as apartment cleaning & electrostatic cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry & dry cleaning, virtual events & services, and more—just ask us!
When creating your account with URBN Playground, you’ll need to have your building code handy. Simply search for your building name and address at London Terrace Towers or London Terrace Gardens just below, then use the associated building code.
We also invite you to use the following discount code WELCOME20 to receive 20% off your first service with us. (Only applicable as a one-time use code for services booked through URBN Playground, not amenity rentals and reservations.)
Housekeeping and Laundry Services
We offer Housekeeping and Laundry services, as well. Please review the URBN Playground app for available times for a cleaning or speak to your building’s package valet for information on laundry.
