URBN’s Response to COVID-19
URBN Playground wanted to ensure that we take the safety of our team members, residents, tenants, and partners seriously. This has been our top priority and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. Your wellness and safety is our top concern, and as more information becomes available about the nature COVID-19 and as we plan to reopen, we will adapt and implement those recommendations from the CDC, Local Department of Health in various states and global evolutions in our understand and awareness… We wanted to ensure that we are minimizing risk at every opportunity in conjunction with meeting your needs in this exceedingly difficult time. Nothing is more important than keeping you and our team as safe as possible. The past few months have made clear the importance of why URBN Playground was founded, to make a difference in the life of every resident or customer in the communities we serve, and this has never been truer today.
As states begin to re-open, URBN Playground is updating the health and safety guidelines. These guidelines are in accordance with best-in-class spa and hospitality protocols, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines and directives surrounding the delivery of services.
Guidelines for URBN Playground service providers (employees):
Employees must wear masks/facial coverings and gloves during services of any kind, whether it be package handling or grocery delivery. as an enhanced safety measure.
Each day upon opening their service provider portal, our employees confirm he/she displays no symptoms of COVID-19 or other infectious illnesses.
Employees will be following the CDC guidelines on handwashing or using hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. URBN Playground provides every employee with sanitizer for personal use
In specific onsite settings, URBN Playground employees will do daily temperature taking.
All URBN Playground employees will adhere to social distancing guidelines as defined by the CDC.
Best practices for the industry is to disinfect equipment between customers.
To keep the service providers safe, we ask all URBN clients to:
Wear a face mask.
Please maintain social distancing measures as outlined by the CDC.
Share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to the service requested.
Limitations on services and delays of pertinent services have become more frequent, because of limitations by local ordinances and executive order in many states.
Amenity Spaces — We are taking every opportunity to ensure our commitment to you about safe places and as we gradually move towards a normalcy we’ll be making unique and very specific recommendations about the spaces you love in your homes and offices. Those specifications will change in accordance with the current state of the health emergency we are all impacted by currently. This guideline will be site specific and will include changes in cleaning patterns, facilities, and services offered, but they need to be safe for employees and residents and tenants.
