Ingredients:
1.5 oz Kentucky Straight Bourbon
3/4 oz Simple syrup
2 oz Apple juice Your Favorite Brand
1/2 tsp 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 wedge Fresh Lemon Juice
2 slices Fresh Red Apple thin sliced for garnish
Instructions:
In a rocks glass, squeeze in the juice from the lemon wedge and add simple syrup plus a dash of maple syrup. Now add ice to your glass.
Splash in the bourbon plus apple juice.
Stir with a long bar spoon until completely combined.
Garnish with crisp fresh apple slices or a little orange peel and serve chilled.
Additionally, you may top off with a little sparkling water if you like a little fizz.
